上海派尼科技实业有限公司是1992年创立的独立法人资格的有限公司，定位为专业对外加工的服务性机械加工企业，旨在解决各行各业专机设计制造,非标零部件测绘加工,大专院校,科研单位的研究项目的机械配套。十几年来由于踏实的工作,诚信的服务,公司得到了长足的发展,目前已形成了设计、生产、服务完整的经济体系,在行业界已得到相当的认知度。
公司2011年产值4300万元，其中出口占20%左右，出口地有日本、法国、英国、美国、德国、西班牙、新加坡等；现有的外企客户有：利乐包装（瑞典）， YKK(日) ,三菱重工（日），高技国际kokusai(日) ，刻宝雕刻设备（法），科双电子元件（瑞士），斯伦贝谢油田设备（美），HUSKY（加拿大）等
目前公司在上海浦东川沙地区租赁了7000㎡厂房，以及600㎡办公场所，定位为提供专业机械加工的服务型加工企业。公司现有员工200余人，其中技管人员30人。CNC加工中心，数控车床、线切割及普通的车、刨、磨、铣机床等一应齐全。金构车间拥有水切割机、等离子切割机、剪刀机、折边机、卷边机及氩焊机等设备。检测设备有三坐标测量仪两台，投影仪两台，另有粗糙度仪，超声波测厚仪，超声波探伤仪，膜厚仪，硬度计等。
