Functions
Having absorbed heat from objects for cooling treatment in the evaporator, liquid refrigerant becomes low-temperature and low-pressure steam and is inhaled into compressor and compressed as high-temperature and high-pressure steam then comes to the condenser, where it is condensed into high-pressure liquid through cooling medium (water or air ) exothermic and turns into low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant in the throttle valve, finally, re-enters into the evaporator to complete a full refrigeration cycle. In this way, refrigerant in the system through evaporation, compression, condensation, expansion four basic process is complete a refrigeration cycle.
Principle
All condensers carry the heat away from gas or steam. For some applications, the gas must passes a long tube (usually set into a solenoid), in order to allow heat loss to the surrounding air, such as thermal conductivity of copper metal commonly used in the transport steam. In order to enhance the efficiency of the condenser, pipe often attaches heatsink so as to speed up cooling. Heat sink is made of metal plate of good thermal conductivity. Generally a type of condenser fan is used to force air going through the heat sink and carrying the heat away.- 2016/1/5 10:28:00
